The two hearts behind Golden Hour Craft
We're Alena and Stine — and we always wished for a place where you can simply arrive, get creative and leave everyday life outside for a few hours. Since it didn't exist yet, we built it ourselves.

Alena
Alena comes up with the ideas — and usually has paint on her fingers too. She loves turning little ideas into special moments and spends time perfecting the right materials and details. She always makes sure that our workshops are a lot of fun. She ensures that absolutely everyone can join in — whether they’re a creative pro or a complete beginner.

Stine
Stine thrives in the midst of creative chaos just as much as she does behind the scenes. She brings our workshop ideas to life, tries out new techniques and ensures that an idea ultimately turns into a truly wonderful experience. With great attention to detail, she keeps everything running smoothly – and is usually already thinking about the next creative project.

It all started at a girls night out.
The idea came to us one spring evening: What if there were a place where you could just do all creative things—without having to buy your own supplies, without making a mess in your own apartment, but instead with nice people sitting at the same table?
That girls’ night out turned into a small shop in Hamburg. What remains is the feeling that anything can happen here, and nothing has to be perfect.

Creativity isn't a talent. It's a pause.
You don't need any skills to join us. It's not about beautiful results, it's about the hours in between: hands busy, mind quiet, phone in your pocket.
That's why our groups are small, our tables are large and our courses are designed so that everyone truly takes something home.

Warm light, big tables, open door.
Our studio is located right in the heart of Hamburg and serves as a craft room, workshop space, or event venue. All materials and tools are provided on-site—all you need to bring is yourself.
The golden hour is the time when everything looks softer. That's exactly how your moment with us should feel.
